Blossomly is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products.
Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your location to use this site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
Products & Orders
Blossomly sells fresh, perishable flowers. Product images are for illustration only and may vary due to seasonality and availability.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].
Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Prices exclude delivery charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.
No Returns on Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all flower sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at hello@blossomly.net.
