Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns on Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all flower sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched or delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at hello@blossomly.net with clear photos.
Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Fresh flowers or plants
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds (If Approved)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@blossomly.net.
